My name is Georg Greven. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, certified Personal Trainer, Medical Fitness Trainer and a Nutrition Consultant.
My goal is to help you become strong, because strength is the most comprehensive exercise adaptation.
Becoming stronger will improve your athletic performance, enable healthy aging and improve your body composition.
I utilise the Starting Strength Method and basic barbell exercises to improve functional strength in your whole body.
